LuAZ-967M Description

LuAZ-967M is a front edge transporter, an all-wheel drive amphibious vehicle, which was created and produced from 1975 to 1989 at the Lutsk Automobile Plant by order of the USSR Ministry of Defense. In total, about 20 thousand cars were produced, and today only a few dozen remain in use.

Its purpose is the evacuation of the wounded from the front line, the supply of ammunition, as well as the performance of reconnaissance tasks (it has a very low silhouette and is pinned to the ground as much as possible).
